Replacement Eligibility

If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged upon delivery

  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

  • Incorrect or different from the item ordered

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos of the item received

Replacement Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the eligible item at no additional cost.

Exclusions

This Warranty & Replacement Policy does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper care, or accidents

  • Products that have been altered, washed, or used

  • Minor variations in colour due to screen settings or lighting conditions
